This fantastic modern architectural house with sea views is located in the Serra Brava urbanization just a few minutes from the famous beach of Cala Canyelles, with its gastronomic restaurants, beach club and nautical port. There is also an accessible restaurant along the lado de la casa a tan solo 400 metros.
On the lower floor we find a living room with high technology and a spectacular crystal wall to provide views of the sea and natural light. Allow one of our scales to come before a dining room and access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, spacious, with adjoining washing machine, outside and equipped with cortesia.

In addition to the terraces and barbecue area there is a large overflowing swimming pool. The land extends beyond the swimming pool with a large surface area of natural Mediterranean water that offers privacy.
